This programme is designed to develop your presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as your strategic thinking and decision-making. You will study modules such as Strategic Planning & Implementation, Strategic Marketing Management, and Strategic HR Management alongside with your key career based skills such as Advanced Professional Development and Management Research.
Graduates of this Postgraduate programme can expect to take up managerial level positions (depending on your existing work experience) at leading Private as well as Public sector organisations. Some such positions may include Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager and so on.

In order to qualify for ABP's Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Research Methods, students are required to complete six modules as follows:
