1. Do I need a visa to study in the UK?
If you are from a Non-EEA country, there is a good chance that you may need to apply for “entry clearance” as a student before come to the UK.

2. Does LSM Business School have relevant licences to recruit international students?
LSM Business School is a part of London School of Marketing. Both London School of Marketing as well as LSM Business School hold relevant accreditations to sponsor international students.

LSM Business School has been licensed by the UK Border Agency to enrol international students under Tier 4 of the Points Based System (A Rating). Our Visa Sponsor licence number is EP2E1HNM4.
3. Can you help me with my visa application?
LSM Business School can assist Non-EEA students by issuing you a “Unconditional Acceptance” to your chosen study course, if you meet the entry requirements and paid fees.
However, we will not be able to assist you in any other way.
If you think you may require further assistance to apply for your visas, we recommend use one of LSM Business Schools international student recruitment agents. Please note that they will charge a fee for their services.
LSM Business School strongly advise students not to pay your tuition fees in cash to any third party other than LSM Business School in London. If you are in any doubt, please contact us ant info@lsmbusiness.com
4. Can I get my fees refunded, if my visa is refused?
Yes, LSM Business School is happy to refund the fees paid (less £150- to cover administration charges) if your visa is refused.
We require you to submit following documents with your refund request:

Your original “Unconditional Acceptance” letter issued by us

Visa refusal letter

Copy of the page of your passport where the British embassy put the visa refusal stamp and the page with your photo and personal details
Please note that LSM Business School will only refund the fees back to the student.
Allow up to 6 weeks for you to receive your refund. As we are required to verify your visa refusal letter as well as allocate time for international bank transfers.
