Since 1982, CTHCM (Confederation of Tourism Hotel and Catering Management)has steadily built a worldwide reputation for valuable qualifications for the tourism, travel and hospitality industries. As part of their commitment to developing and improving the CTH brand, as from 18th June 2008 the Confederation’s name will change to ‘The Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality' or CTH for short.

This simple change continues to underline what CTH do best: a niche awarding body for the tourism, travel and hospitality industries. With the new name comes a new logo. The logo continues to represent the industries they are involved with while offering a fresh, contemporary feel. CTH feels the new name and logo will improve their recognition while maintaining a link with the brand and heritage built up over the past 25 years.

CTH is approved and regulated by Ofqual, DCELLS and CCEA, the regulators for examinations in the UK.
