  • All our hospitality work placements/ internships are unpaid, but many employers may choose to pay you an allowance to cover your travelling and other miscellaneous expenses such as food and accommodation during your internship/ work placement – LSM Business School in London is unable to guarantee such allowances as these are provided on the discretion of your employer.
  • At the end of your hospitality work placement/ internship you can apply to receive University Cambridge’s work experience/ internship certificate (Standard Certificate for 12 week placements/ internships and Advanced Certificate for 24 weeks placements/ internships) – you can also apply for the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality’s “Hospitality Work Placement/ internship Certificate”.
  • In either case, you are required to pay a registration fee (to the awarding body) as well as submit a portfolio that you develop during your hospitality work placement/internship. Please ask for details before you commence your placement/ internship.
