For graduates with a honours degree in non-business Management field, but had gained 1 to 2 years work experience working within a Business environment;

This programme is also suitable for experienced business executives or management professionals, who have more than 5 years managerial work experience, but without an undergraduate degree.

All students are required to have a good command of English.
The MBA programme therefore broken down to two stages:
During stage one, all MBA students will focus on complex Business Management issues that cover several core areas including Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Human Resources Planning, Quality Management, Change Management, Marketing Planning, Leadership, Professional development as well as Business research.
Once you have completed this stage, you are eligible for the award of Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management & Research Methods (which is awarded by ABP - Level 7).
Once you have successfully completed this PgD stage and gained a good thorough understanding of key business management issues; you then move on to the stage two of the programme, where you will be admitted to the MBA Dissertation stage at Anglia Ruskin University.
Students can start their MBA Dissertation stage at Anglia Ruskin University in February, June and September each year.
After the completion of this MBA programme students are expected to take middle to senior managerial positions at leading commercial as well as non-commercial organisations around the world.

Students are assessed via both written assignments as well as closed book examinations. LSM also expects students to work on real life case studies combined with company visits as well as Consultancy projects.
Students will be carrying out several group presentations as a part of the courses and required to have access to internet to participate in discussion groups and access E-library resources at LSM Business School during the Postgraduate stage and then all facilities at Anglia Ruskin University, once you have transferred to the MBA Dissertation stage.
All MBA students are required to complete Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management & Research Methods (ABP - Level 7) which will then provide them with advanced entry to the Dissertation stage of the MBA programme at Anglia Ruskin University. The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management & Research Methods (ABP - Level 7) stage is delivered by LSM Business School at central London based study locations and the MBA Stage 3 will be delivered by Anglia Ruskin University at Chelmsford.
