The Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management is assessed by a combination of closed book examinations as well as written assignments.
All assignments are based on real organisations, therefore as a part of the study programme students are expected visit different Hotel groups as well as Tour operators to gain an understanding of the way these organisations operate.
